Delivery

Each product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty from Sinocera, to ensure customer satisfaction in its products. If, at any time you are not completely satisfied with any product, GST will arrange for repair, replacement or exchange at no charge to the Buyer, subject to the following:

A. One Year Warranty. The manufacturer, Sinocera, guarantees that, unless otherwise expressly specified in writing by Sinocera or its agents GST, all Sinocera products or repairs shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. For goods under Warranty, the option of a refund may be selected in lieu of the repair, replacement or exchange of the product.

B. Shipping Charges. The cost of shipment of returns to GST will be met by GST with respect to a defective product during the first year only.

C. Procedure for Warranty Performance. If, under normal operating conditions, any product fails to perform to the manufacturer's specifications or proves defective in material or in workmanship within one year from the date of shipment by GST, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided that the buyer: (1) promptly notifies GST of any such defect; (2) provides GST with a technical description of the defect*; (3) provides GST with satisfactory proof of the defect and that the product was properly installed, maintained and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage and (4) obtains from GST authorisation to return the product.

D. Lifetime Support / Non-Warranty Service Repairs to products after the one year warranty period can be provided. Advance authorisation is recommended, prior to the return to GST. Before returning any item, please email: support@globalsensortech.com, or call +44 (0) 161 446-4848 with: 1) a model number; 2) a serial number for the defective product; 3) a technical description* of the malfunction; 4) a purchase order number to cover GST’s repair cost; and 5) ship and bill addresses. After the product is evaluated by GST, we will contact you to provide the estimated repair costs before proceeding. Shipment to GST shall be at Buyer’s expense.

E. No Special, Incidental or Consequential Damages. In no event shall GST or the manufacturer Sinocera be liable to the buyer or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages connected with the use of the product. Such damages for which Sinocera shall not be responsible include, but are not limited to, lost time and convenience, loss of use of the product, the cost of a product replacement rental, costs of gasoline, telephone, travel or lodging, the loss of personal or commercial property, and the loss of revenue.

* Technical description of the defect: In order to properly repair a product, it is absolutely necessary for GST to receive information specifying the reason the product is being returned. Specific test data, written observation on the failure and the specific corrective action you require, is needed.
